Venturi Loader – AV Series

The New OmapVenturi loader represents one of the simplest and most effective types of material handling equipment. These innovative devices utilise compressed air through a venturi system to create the vacuum necessary for drawing plastic granule materials into the air stream. Once in the air stream, the granules are efficiently conveyed to a designated receiver. The combination of vacuum levels and airflow capabilities makes venturi loaders particularly well-suited for short-distance applications, typically covering distances of 5 metres or less. When supplied with adequate compressed air, these loaders can transport a surprising volume of material, making them ideal for operations requiring throughputs of less than 40 kg/hr.

The venturi nozzle is securely attached to the suction probe and connects directly to the compressed air supply.
