Rotor Dryer (Honeycomb Wheel) – WD Series

The WD series dehumidifying rotor dryer uses a rotating wheel impregnated with silica gel, allowing them to maintain nearly constant dew point values throughout the entire working cycle.

The WD/WD.E series rotor dryer has an additional advantage, thanks to its specialised air circulation and the innovative Triflux exchanger. This design recovers most of the heat generated, reducing energy consumption by over 30% compared to traditional dehumidification systems. It also enables a working temperature range from 70°C to 150°C without the need for cooling water.

WD15/30 Series Rotor Dryer

The WD/WDC15/30 series is designed for direct attachment to treatment hoppers ranging from 30 to 100 dm³, providing a compact and efficient solution. It can be mounted directly onto the machine or on specially designed trolleys for use with the press.

WD.E50 – 350 Series Rotor Dryer

The WD.E series represents a new generation of dehumidifiers, featuring a modern design and innovative, energy-saving technologies. The frame incorporates a cutting-edge design with self-centring panels secured by snap restraints.

Equipped with advanced electronics, including a next-generation microprocessor board and touch display, these dehumidifiers allow operators to interact easily with a range of features, functions, and controls. This ensures excellent dehumidification performance by maintaining a consistent dew point and offers significant energy savings.

In the WDC50 – 150.E series, all components are mounted on a special trolley with wheels for easy and safe mobility. For larger capacities, the WDS150 – 350 is available, where the dehumidification unit is paired with hoppers supported by a dedicated structure.

Additionally, these dehumidifiers are fully prepared for connection to NEBULA, making them 4.0 ready. Modular multi-hopper versions are also available in the WDM.E Rotor Dryer series.
