The Gravimetric blender plays a vital role in various plastic processing applications by precisely controlling and measuring the exact weight of each material component as it enters the production line. New Omap offers the innovative DGmix series of batch blenders, designed to dose and mix up to eight components with impressive capacities of up to 3000 kg/h.

In this system, materials such as virgin plastic, regrind, masterbatch, and additives in granule form are measured individually after parameters have been configured via the user-friendly touchscreen control. The gravimetric blender operates automatically, ensuring that each component is accurately measured in the correct proportions. Should there be a shortage of any material, an alarm will activate, alerting operators to the issue.

The DG gravimetric batch blenders are straightforward to install, and their state-of-the-art control technology features self-tuning capabilities. This functionality allows the system to automatically adjust for any dosing errors, maintaining a consistent and precise percentage of each component in every batch.

DGmix50-200 SERIES
The DGmix series offers models ranging from 50 to 200, designed to dose and mix up to six components, with capacities reaching 200 kg/h.

DGmix300-600 SERIES
The DGmix300-600 series includes models designed to dose and mix up to eight components, with capacities of up to 700 kg/h.

DGmix1000-3000 SERIES
For larger applications, the DGmix1000-3000 series is available, accommodating up to eight components with capacities exceeding 1000 kg/h.
