Three Phase Loading – Duetto

The “Duetto” feeding system is an innovative solution designed for efficient three phase loading. It comprises a vacuum blower equipped with a main control unit and two material vacuum receivers connected to a dedicated vacuum line. This compact central feeding system offers outstanding performance, which varies depending on the blower model and the size of the material receivers.

In the realm of three phase loading, the AT series of three-phase hopper loaders stands out for its exceptional reliability in handling plastic pellets, even over considerable distances. These loaders are fitted with side channel blowers that provide high head and airflow capabilities, along with maintenance-free three-phase motors. The motors offer a power range from 0.85 kW to 11 kW, making them suitable for diverse applications.

The design of the material vacuum receivers in this series prioritises functionality and durability. Each receiver is constructed entirely of stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to wear and tear. They feature a fully directional 360° mounting flange, allowing for flexible installation to suit various configurations. Additionally, an optional side inspection opening with an air vent is available, enabling easy access for maintenance and monitoring purposes.

A notable feature of these three phase loading systems is the self-airtight discharge flap, which operates without a gasket, ensuring a secure seal. The hinged lid is designed to be airtight and is secured by two closing points to prevent material loss during operation. Furthermore, the filter, made from antistatic polyester fabric, minimises the risk of static build-up, which can adversely affect performance.

To maintain optimal efficiency, the system includes an automatic filter cleaning mechanism that utilises compressed air blasts, ensuring consistent operation and longevity of the equipment.
