System Managment – Nebula

Nebula is New Omap’s interactive system managment designed to meet the needs of our customers for fast and effective responses, minimising machine downtime in increasingly complex and interconnected environments. As a cloud-based solution, Nebula does not require dedicated supervision software and can be accessed from any internet-connected device.

To utilise the Nebula system, users simply connect their machinery to the internet. After logging in with a dedicated username and password, they can view a list of interconnected machines and check their operational and connection statuses. By clicking on the “Folder” icon, users can download a .CSV file containing the machine’s operational history.

Accessing the control panel for a specific machine is straightforward: users can click on the dedicated machine icon. This panel not only allows users to switch the machinery on and off but also provides access to other main functions. Another click on the reference icon related to the selected machine reveals a list of parameters, along with graphs displaying the machine’s performance over time. This feature helps users easily identify machinery requiring maintenance, as our service team is remotely connected and operational. Users can grant access to New Omap’s technical assistance to monitor the entire machine.

Loading System Managment

New Omap’s AM series standalone loaders are at the forefront of technical solutions and performance. When interconnected with a dryer and linked to Nebula, these loaders can be managed remotely, facilitating complete control over the loading and handling of plastic granules without the need to be physically present next to the processing machine.

The multiple loading system, integrated with the network, allows comprehensive management of plastic granule loading. Its manifold with decoding, automatic event recording, and cloud-based functionality support seamless integration with company MES systems, contributing to the development of an integrated 4.0 system. The flexibility of this solution allows it to be easily adapted to meet specific customer needs, all manageable via a simple smartphone.

Drying System Managment

Through the Nebula interface card, which can also be integrated into AD/K compressed air dryers, all features and controls of the dehumidifier are accessible via the cloud. This enables remote management and data collection without the need for dedicated software or hardware. Additionally, one or more single-phase chargers from the AM.E series can be connected for remote management.

Dosing

With Nebula’s integration into dosing units, users gain access to all features and controls through the cloud, ensuring remote management and data collection. This makes it one of the few truly 4.0-ready volumetric dosing units available on the market. By leveraging System Management capabilities, businesses can enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes across their production lines.
