Compressed Air Dryer – AD Series

New Omap proudly introduces its advanced range of compressed air dryers, the AD dryer series, specifically designed to meet the drying needs of various industries. These dryers are perfect for small to medium throughput applications and offer a compact solution for efficient material drying. The standard models feature hopper capacities of 5, 15, 30, and 50 dm³, delivering excellent performance with a dew point as low as -20°C.

For enhanced drying performance, the ADK version includes the “Extra Drying Kit,” allowing for a dew point of up to -50°C. This option is ideal for sensitive or hygroscopic materials that require lower dew points to ensure optimal moisture control.

Designed for direct machine mounting, the AD series is suitable for a range of drying processes, particularly in industries such as injection moulding and extrusion. The integrated electronic control panel allows easy programming and monitoring, featuring a built-in database for common materials and the flexibility for operators to add custom data.

The electronic control system also modulates the compressed air flow based on hourly throughput and material type. This automated adjustment, combined with the anti-stress system, helps minimise energy consumption while maintaining optimal drying performance. By adjusting the air flow to match real-time demands, the compressed air dryer maximises energy efficiency.
